Welcome to Eatz, the easiest way to order online for pick up from your favorite restaurants. If you can’t find an answer to your inquiry, call or text us at (386) 243-5970, we’ll be happy to help.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order in Eatz is super easy, our ordering system is designed to be intuitive: Go to www.eatznsb.com, select the restaurant of your preference from our main page or click on ORDER NOW, enter your address or let the website use your location, select your favorite restaurant and choose what you would like to order, pay safely with your credit card. That’s it! Confirmation and the status of your order will be sent to your email.
Why do I have to input my address if it's only for pick up?
Sounds like it’s unnecessary but believe us, it helps! This way the restaurants that are closest to you are displayed.
Is the payment secure?
Absolutely, we use Stripe, which is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 with the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.
Also, we can’t see or keep any of your information stored either.
How long will my order be ready?
Every restaurant will show its estimated pick up time at the bottom of its main information. Also, their distance in miles from you, so you’ll be able to estimate your arrival even better.

Yes, we are proud to be a locally owned company that helps locally owned businesses.
How do I contact you?
Can I order from my phone?
Soon we’ll be introducing the Eatz App for you to download. Currently, we are working through the website eatzamerica.com, you can absolutely order on your phone too.
Do I have to create an account?
Creating an account will help you order faster for future ordering. However, if you prefer, you can also checkout as a guest without creating an account.
What happens to the tips?
100% of all tips go to the delivery team!
